Formerly a partner with Dear & Kelly, LLP (1992-2000) and Musick, Peeler & Garrett, LLP (1962-1992) as a Senior Partner and member of the litigation Department, Department chair of the combined corporate and Real Estate Departments and member of the firm management committee. Over forty-five years experience in civil litigation and in representation of clients in matters involving construction of medical and commercial builders as well as other types of commercial and residential real estate including development and governance of fee and leasehold common interest developments, 1031 tax free exchanges, formation, operation and dissolution of corporations, limited liability companies as well as limited and general partnerships including those operating under California gaming laws.
